Amazing breakfast, great facilities

The staff were quite professional and responsive. The facilities are excellent.

we liked the foyer space, the restaurants and bars it connected to and the spa - all of them completely refurbished and modernized the saunas could have been a bit larger and not so many fragmented little ones. it creates 'too close in my personal space' kind of feeling. other than that, very good breakfast, definitely satisfactory and one can find anything for his taste location is good if you want to be close to the city center but far from the slopes. depends on what you prefer

Amazing experience in Perelik hotel, lots of things to do around, amazing spa, bowling, night club and restaurants. Free shuttle that in few minutes bring you in the ski slope.

The 5 stars is a joke. Resembles a mediocre 4 star, and I am being generous. The actual room was OK. Prices were reasonable also, but frankly you would have to pay me to go back.

Spa is excellent, very polite staff, spacious junior suite, good breakfast! All is perfect!

i liked the staff especially bellboys were quite helpfull and the hotel loby was very spacios and comfartable , very well designed spa center rooms were very clean and tidyy and lots of things to do in hotel quite well connected with disco , neptun bar and restourants aroundd !!! i ll be back .

Pretty amazing hotel, very modern, stylish and clean. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the beds are really comfortable. The pool and Spa area was excellent- clean and big. Breakfast buffet had everything for every taste and it was a fresh.Service is high level and the staff was friendly. It was nice place for relax. I highly recommend this place and I will visit shortly once again.
